Keeping Score
3 MinutesAt the end of each week you will need to score yourself. Best practices are to score your week sometime between the end-of-business Friday afternoon and the first thing Monday morning. You will update your scoreboard on:
- The 12-Week Revenue Goal.
- Each Lead Activity (check off whether or not you achieved the lead activities).
- Weekly Commitment (it is a yes or a no, either you did it 100% or you did not).
The Scoreboard will then provide you with an Execution Score. Obviously, we want you to be at 100%. However, it is important to understand that the threshold is 85%. If you do not achieve the threshold in any given week, do not give up. Your “Execution Score” is the biggest predictor of whether or not you will achieve your 12-Week Revenue Goal. Each week, as you score yourself, your Scoreboard will calculate your Weekly Execution Score.
