Problem/Opportunity Questions
2 MinutesThe Problem/Opportunity Question is intended to help the client discover potential problems and opportunities. Another effect that they have is that they’re usually more interesting to the client than Circumstantial Questions, they increase the sales person’s credibility, and they demonstrate sincere interest to understand the client. Before we can create Urgency (reciprocity & scarcity) we have to help the client discover their problems that need to be repaired or opportunities that should be realized.
